Login Tips

  • Your user ID is your full email address - Ex: JohnDoe@myemail.com.
  • If you forgot your password, use the password help link above. You will need to enter your email address, JELD-WEN customer number, and your business name as it appears on our invoices.
  • Login passwords are case sensitive.

Registration/Account Tips

  • If you are a new user, click the new user link above to register. You will need to know your JELD-WEN customer number and business name as it appears on our invoices or given to you by your sales representative.
  • Shortly after registering, you should receive an email from us with a link in it that must be clicked on to activate your account and allow you to login.
  • Email addresses cannot be manually changed once you are registered. If your email changes, register for a new account using your new information then email partnerstechsupport@jeld-wen.com and let us know your old email address to remove.
  • Emails that come back as undeliverable, mailbox unavailable, no such user, mailbox full or over quota may have their accounts removed and will need to reregister with a current email address ┬áto continue using the JELD-WEN Partners Portal and Quick Quote.
